searched on carmax for cobalt ss's/na for the hell of it

there were 2 or 3, and that's with the search extended to all carmax stores
they have like 20 ss/scs though

and if one more person says "wait what yours isnt the supercharged one?", it's gonna make me go insane

yeah ive only seen 2 cobalt ss na 2.4s while driving mine since last year. thats it. and mine was the only 2.4 at 3 meets in ohio. columbus in may 42 dragway in june and july.

ryan. i was the only one there. and for the na class i won 3rd place almost 2nd place by like 1 tenth of a second raced pj i mean we were neck and neck the whole way. ran a 15 flat. but nope no ss na anywhere.

maybe after next year there will be more since they will become the top dawg now.

 

There are plenty of 2.4 SS' in this part of the world. They out number the SS/SC by quite a bit.
I think the word shouldn't be "rare" but instead "scarce" in certain regions.

 

i mean the lordstown plant isnt but an hr from me now im in cleveland so gees there should be cobalts everywere which there is ls's all over and scs all over. but no 2.4s sept me.

There are a lot of Cobalt SS's on cars.com! I was looking into them after I already purchased my LT :0( Some of the prices are just silly though.

 

like how expensive they are and how much they want for one and its like 2 years old already. my 2.4 isnt worth more then 15k but only if i sell it outright with mods.

I figure most people were kinda like me. If you're that close in price, why not just get the fast one j/k. Around here I see way more SS N/A's and LS's. I really liked the white SS n/a I saw at the dealership when I went to pick up my sc. Nothin wrong with the 2.4

yeah i do to people say yours aint no ss its not even supercharged. i said no your right its not supercharged yet! but gm put out the ss on a non sc car. no one believes me. they think i put stickers on it. im like you call up gm or any dealer and ask them you stupid asses i get so mad when i know my cars and older people are trying to tell me.

It's too bad you 2.4 guys have to wipe so much **** off you're foreheads. 2.4's arent rare here in comparison to the sc though.. I had one wanna run me the other day. A 2.4 fly by in full effect. Maybe he just wanted to hear what he was missing though, I dunno.
