My Soon To Be Setup!

So, now i am finally peicing together the parts for my car

currently i have

KN SRI Intake
Flopro Vforce Muffler
TWM STS
Strut bar (not that it matters)

on order are

Clear Image 1 5/8 Header and 2.5" Catless Downpipe
Custom 2.5 Exhaust (into my muffler)
LSJ Injectors/Wiring harness
Tune

So, i figure this should put me around 180-190+ WHP (i will get it dynoed after)

thoughts? anything i am missing out (will get a upper/tranny mount from ttr once i get some more moneys)

next summer i plan on getting a new set of rims and tires (not upgrading tires now since i use them in winter)

so...thoughts?

Why get bigger injectors? You don't need them until you are boosted or possibly nitrous.

I reccomend, trying to lower the IDC first through the tune, based off of you mod list the stock 24#'ers will work just fine. But if you are still seeing IDC's over 85-87% then maube switch them out. But other then that you do have a very nice mod list.

Side note, on the exhaust make sure you add a nice resanator so you dont sound raspy as hell

you got a nice list.. basically wut i will have. wut are everyone's thoughts on lightweight crank and alt pulleys? I've had them on my z24 previously and they dynoed a 6-8 WHP gain on average. that could help some of us with 2.4s over the hump. They make the acceleration alot quicker and overall the car becomes more alive for such a simple set of mods. the guy that made them for my cavy is also providing them for balts now.

well i bought his alt pulley for like 50 and he discounts the crank cuz he makes them to order, so its like 160 shipped iirc. I imagine if REDFOCZ had these and used a dynojet he'd make 200whp easy, so that's wut im goin for. Im also goin for the light porting of the tb like he did to maximize everything. where u getting tuned at? that one guy that just became a vendor with OverTheTopPerformance is offering affordable tunes, but i think to get the most out of them u have to have HPt.

there's nothing wrong with bigger injectors. allows you to add more fuel, and with a proper tune, it's a good performance mod. heck, stage 1 on the SS/SC's is just injectors and a tune. not to mention if you get a good tune it may even increase your gas mileage.

EFI Live

I've Downloaded their software and it seems to have a few more options for the LE5, one big feature it allows you to tune the VE table.

i gave u the estimated on the pullies.. its about 6-8 on a cavy 2.4 so im assuming our le5 will be similar could be 1-2 whp more. I wont be able to tell u cuz i already have basically full bolt ons so my dyno will be as high as it can be already. But if i get 195+whp then ill kinda see a range
