You can't really feel 6-7hp, dyno it and it will be there.

i got the original header...
does it make a difference for our cars between the V1 and V2??
i thought the only difference is that the V2 can fit the 2.2

V2 also have a larger outlet (apparently is only useful for 2.0)

OH, OK, thanks!! That's what Kenny at Cobalt Addiction had told me waaaaayyyyy back that their next header, if I'm not mistaken was going to have a 2.78" collector. I just didn't know what the production piece did finally come with. That means that this header would be very well matched to the 2.75" Random Technology downpipe with high-flow cat.

Until I read this thread, I didn't even know it was available. I really had already given up on this header making it to production, but YaY, it finally made it.

yeah kinda stupid but v2 has a bigger collector which would quite pointless for a 2.2. or 2.4 without any f/i....the v1 header is much better..10whp gain...cant beat that for the price...but adding a downpipe def gets u real good flow..ill be addin mine soon most likely

I got the vibrant header, dp hi-flow cat last week, and installed it the same day. Its awesome, I can feel a hell of a difference from 80+mph. From the line it puts you in your seat pretty good.

When i installed the v1 header i defianly noticed a difference in the upper rpms. I already had a tune along with intake and exhaust so that might have something to do with it.
