im trying to sell my 2.4 skirt off my rear bumper to upgrade to the ss/sc bumper can the 2.2 guys just put slits in there bumper and clip this into theres like we do for the ss/sc bumper

No, the SS/NA/Sport rear fascia lower skirt will not fit the 2.2's rear fascia. The skirt is too wide for the opening -- either the fascia would have to be cut to make it fit or the skirt cut in the middle and a piece taken out to shorten it to make it fit.
