small intake question

should i unhook my battery b4 unplugging my MAFS? i got a K&N kit from cobaltaddiction and i got a 2.4L 08 sport

okk, i just realized how touchy this new car is, and i dont want to mess up my air flow sensor when i install the intake

i didnt. i have a injen its been on for like...4,000 miles no CEL or nothing.

I have done it both ways and it makes no difference unless you want to reset the computer to adjust to new intake quicker.
