Spark Timing Problem!

After I got my aeroforce scan gauge, im starting to read knock retard at low throttle, full throttle, and sometimes even idle. the timing it took out could reach 3.0+. i took the car back to my tuner to check it out. he said its not because of the tune because even when he put back the stock tune in, its still doing the same thing, and even when he took out 8 degrees off the stock tuning, the computer still taking out timing when i drive it.

anyone got any idea what the problem is?

Any chance that something is loose on the engine (accessories, mounts) that would make the knock sensor go into "protect" mode?

i dont know how to check those, as far as the timing goes, it is not normal right? because if it is i'll stop looking for the problem

as far as mounts go, I have never touched those. only things i touched in the engine bay are intake and header downpipe...

I tuned this guy and everytime he'd get on the dyno you'd hear this buzzing...it was his downpipe hitting the steering rack. It could be the downpipe.
