can anyone tell me if there is a supercharger out for the 2.4L or if there is currently one in development?

man, the title of this thread completely confused me to hell.

 

Hey is the Eaton m62 supercharger for 2-4 l engines gunna fit on the 2.4l ss n/a just wondering if anybody knew or tried it cause im thinking about it?

 

me too i thought that i was going to find out that a supercharger was released for the 2.4..

 

scdyne is the only company i heard that may be putting one out

 

I don't see why not...it even works on the 2.2s.

 

someone should try it out and see what happens

 

if a good supercharger or turbo system comes out for the 2.4.. ill get the car and the system

 

one guy used the charger from a redline onto his cav or sunfire, cant remember now, saw it on j body.org a while back, dunno what was done to make it work properly though, it was the ecotec 2.2 not the 2200 slug.

im sure the speed mafia guys will make some kinda of FI for our 2.4, they use prochargers i believe. www.speedmafia.com they currently have some upgrades for the 2.0. They have the 2.4 ion on the list which hopefully means they are working on a kit.
