started my 2.4 s/c build
started my 2.4 s/c build
i started my 2.4 s/c build 2-24-09
first day pretty much started late at like 1pm wired the positive and negative to the ic pump.
got the pillar dremeled so the wideband and aftermarket boost gauge can fit and got the wiring set up to just hook it up.
drilled the brackets and get the cobra intercooler set up ready to install.
drilled and tapped the intake manifold and put fittings in it for the boost line gauge.
fixed a broken alt. bracket with jb weld and painted and installed it.
changed the supercharger pulley.
took off the 2.4 manifold, cai, tb, old bracket, injectors, spark plugs, and the valve cover(to paint it) and stopped early because it started getting dark and we got hungry.
a few pics from the engine after we finished for the day.

2 things, when your WOT the clutch slippage has nothing to do with the driver is about the torque your putting threw it, and also if your still stock pulley as well as pat, then my clutch is taking about 20 more wtq threw it which is a considerable amount more
Touche! I am stock pulley. Trying not to stray from the original topic but, how's your idc's with the 3.0 and 42's? Have 42's on mine too and wondering how yours ended up with the 3"...
the issue is if the driver typically wears on the clutch a bit during daily driving, the clutch wont be able to take as much torque during that WOT run before it starts to slip. It still has a lot to do with the driver
