So here I am thinking ways to make the 2.4L totally ***** to the walls badass when alot of things hit me.

Idea #1
Why not get a totalled Solctice(lol), make up some mounts and turn this stiff little car into a RWD little *******! Keep the power under 300hp, tune the **** outta the suspension and you have the equivilent of a 90s Vette.

Then I remembered something....

GM owns parts of Toyota(Pontiac Vibe anyone?), Suburau, and shares ideas with...ugh...honda(3.2L in the VUE is a honda motor).
So, we know that Suby makes some awd systems that derive from FWD platforms, and even if it doesnt work with the 2.4L, the saab 9-3 is a wrx...period. How bout a SS/SC/AWD? The new Supra that has bounced around in the Toyota market is a hybrid with helper motors to add HP...not to make it a green car. How bout 2.4SS/AWD via some electric motor assist in the back?

What about Honda Steddy?

Cams work by being spun by the motor making parasitic loss What honda is coming up with is self operating valves that use solenoids to open and close, tie that in with some bitchin ECU and boom, true VVT...the cpu will completely run the tune of the car, without the parasitic loss of something having to be spun, making more HP....and TQ of course...which would be the Chevy version of this lol...
