Traction control

Okay so i searched around a bit and noticed any threads on this havent had posts in a while so i thought i'd ask - is there any way (ecu flash or any type of mod) to get rid of T/C ?

(auto trans obviously)

i read also that clicking the E-brake up one notch will disable it.. havent been able to try it yet. Will that engage any braking from the e-brake though?? (doesn't feel like it works till about 5 clicks up)...

I have it in my HHR and I just pull it up one click I don't think it grabs on 1st click and if it dose it won't for long . Oh being how I tune the 2.4 no we can't or haven't had the time to shut it off .

Parking brake and L gear disable it. One click will probably not engage the brake, but the chime will drive you nuts.

Just put it in L... the only time the TC really kicks in is when you're taking off...

not really, even from a roll it is draining some power, i twice had an issue with the t/c turning off sparatically and when it was off the car pulled so much harder
