To turbo or not to turbo...
So I'm stuck and want some advice. One way or another i want a turbo. But, I can't decide if I wanna turbo my 2.4.. or trade it in for an lnf. My goal is around 350-380 ponies daily driving... Advice?

Is your current car paid off? Do you have enough to buy the kit and probably a bunch of other little ****? Do you have time to install it while having transportation on the side? If you answered no to these then you'll probably be better suited buying an LNF. That's just my opinion though man.

My car will be paid off in about a year, which is when I plan to do the conversion, money is not really an issue, but if its paid off, it'll be cheaper I presume in the long run, having no more car payments.
And I would have a car for the time needed.

Two things to consider...
Pro's
LE5 is a much larger motor, 2.4 liters, and makes a metric **** ton more torque when an appropriate size turbo is added (see 2.3 mazda MZR or ford focus ST)
Supposedly better transmission
Probably cheaper in the long run if conservative and well taken care of.
Con's
LE5 has weaker internals in general
probably more complex to change compared to the LNF which is already factory setup for turbo
any sort of warranty you had is now gone

Lots of good feedback here. (Why I love css)
Anyways, it's a 2006. I have not just myself, but two incredible mechanic friends, the sort that like to build cars from nothing, and work first try...and then last 200k miles...lmao. Beyond that, I also like the idea that it would be totally custom.
I would certainly get forged internals though, anything over 250hp on the stock I would imagine would seriously damage the engine.
