TWM Short Throw Installed

I have had this on my car for a few weeks now and finally got around to posting pics. I love the shorter throw and with the upgraded shift knob, I really think the setup is a lot better compared to stock. I got the short throw shifter and the A6 Abrams Leopard knob:

2" decrease in height according to that. Man do we have weird cars, sometimes we count as SS's and sometimes we don't. In this instance I would guess we don't since we have no reverse lockout. Anyways, COOL. Guess I know what my next mod is

b&m is for the SS S/C only not our 2.4's. From what i've seen these twm's are very good quality. The new bushings will make shifts feel alot smoother.

I had the TWM in my old 2.4, I loved it. Shifting felt stronger and smoother. Although the 2.0's tranny+shifter puts it to shame, lol.

Haha, I am just kidding. The 2.4 was my first new car. It will always have a soft spot in my heart.

I dont know how that weight knob works, but I had the free TWM knob that comes with it, and in the winter it was like an ice cube, and in the summer it burnt my hand so much. The only draw back of getting any type of metal knob.

Should have worn driving gloves and a little cap with goggles so you can be all sauve like an Englishman or the Red Baron or some ****

Will an aftermarket shift knob bolt on to that shifter? I really like the look of the Momo Super Anatomic.

Yeah I am pretty sure any knob will work with that TWM. Think of it as a conversion kit, lol.

Will the stock shift knob fit it? I like the way it looks in comparison with the rest of the car rather than an all aluminum shift knob. Another question is, is 38% a substantial number when it comes to shortened throws. This is my first car and going to be my first upgrade along with tint and the shorty antenna. Oh and will it work on my 2.4 SS? it says it a non SS shifter.

yes it will fit the 2.4L. the non ss refers to the lacking of a reverse lockout which is required on the SS/SC
