what can I do next?

I have an 07 2.4 automatic with those mods:

-injen CAI
-CA v1 headers
-Vibrant catted DP
-B&M shiftplus
-GMPP cat-back
-HP tuner

I want to be in the 14.X or very low 15 at the 1/4 mile. What can I do next ?
Are the ingalls DAmper and the lighweight pulley can improve my time ? FYI, I want to stay NA.

Summer is coming soon And I have some cash to spend!!

You have access to retune if you get cams? If not, underdrive pulley and strip some weight out of the interior. Lightweight rims and/or sticky tires will get you low 15s/high 14s.

Lowering springs will help some on your 1/4 mile time, probably .1 or so depending on how you launch the car, for the increased aero dynamics and the squat when launching. You can go bottle, however, that could still be considered as "forced induction".

Only real thing left is cams, pistons, weight reduction.

I think it was zzperformance just came out with an adapter plate for 2.4s that allows them to run the lsj TB that should give you a little bit more if you want to try that also Jet Performance makes a flashed MAF that allows more airflow but seeing as you have a tune already I m guessing that probablly wouldn't work but I dunno that much about tunes though.

Torque damper/solid mounts, poly trans mount bushings, spray......or boost it.

i agree. i suggest solid mounts over the damper. the kit form TTR is like 240+ ship. and tehn obviously the cheapest way to boost would most likely be a M62 swap

I would first say maximize your tune before you do anything else. there could be power hiding in there.

I have the Ingalls.....it works well enough. However, I never installed my Prothane poly trans mount bushings b/c I feared my car would vibrate too much, lol. I daily drive it, and its already loud and rough enough for my tastes. The bushings are still in my trunk, and I got them as a Christmas gift back in Christmas of 2007

I'm looking to sell them at the big D&B (Kensington MD) meet i'm hosting in April.
