what size pulley do i need to run on my 2.4 s/c project

I'm going 3.0, which is just stage 2. I'll probably drop down to a 2.9 later down the road.

Hell learn when he sees his IDC's should have gotten 60s and been safe. as the stage 2 pully is already in the high 90s.

he should go 60's just the fact i max out the 42# on a gm 3.06 pulley but maybe thats just me but good luck glenn

wow dumbest comment ever stop posting you have no experience with superchargers at all lol..... hundreds of people run 2.9" pulleys with stock stage 2 injectors with no issues

if you go to a 2.8" or smaller then i would get 60's but its a waste really unless you plan on going to a 2.8" or smaller eventually and your running a 3.0 in the mean time

Thus why hes having problems with his tune/car? Either way 42's with a 2.9 is scary when the 3.0 has your duty cycle at 95% already.

How is it dumb? Its fact go look at stage 2 logs moron. few have also run 2.5 pully as well....without a problem. while others go boom the sec they leave there driveway...It varys from car to car. so again...

yeah, you can sc it stock, but im not sure how much psi b4 kaboom lol 6, 8,maybe even 10psi would be safe, like i said, im not an expert on the 2.4

well it shouldn't run to much but it should have power

and i plan on doing cams and pistons later after i get a job or me and my dad open a shop

2.4 has forged internals like the LSJ ... pistons would be the next weak link

im going to TVS the 2.4 next winter
