sc is cheaper and easy to install. It has power but not alot where the Turbo can push as much as you want it to.

SC is best for real world street driving. Turbo is good for track and producing high numbers, but there is kinda a loss in our FWD cars, going past like 450 seems kinda iffy. I watch people lose traction constantly. Yeah it cool to hit your turbo and lose traction but not when your racing someone. I don't want to have to drive around on drag radials for everyone to suspect my car is crazy fast and get pulled over by cops all the time.

I have 2006 Cobalt SS N/A

It has been a year for me to. To think about the same thing.
I want more power. But I want my car to last along time.
For me it is about longevity of the engine. 258 WHP from a Super Charger Stg2 from ZZP will do me fine as well as not blowing up my stock components.

Turbo would be good for someone willing to take the risk. IMO

The boyfriend and I and the help of Cobaltss.net, We have decided to go with supercharger and full bolt on.

So we figure :
$1500 H/DP/CB/I
$2374.99 for the Super Charger kit stage 2.
$ 500.00 Dyno / HPtune
-----------
Grand total $4374.99 CDN
not including tax.

Hope this helps.

That's good.

We're getting brand new everything. So there is no chance for problems / mishaps that could arise from getting used parts.

I am sure they have guide lines and inspect to ensure no part is unsafe.
Professional manics..

not some Joe blow selling his blower on kijiji ...... maybe some people don't know how to inspect a blower to find out it is safe for pressure or if all the parts inside are good. Or even to look for fine cracks....

I don't.... Plus ZZP has a very good reputation.
They have been good to me so far.

I don't think that they're selling bad Supercharger kit.
