When to start the mods

Alright i only have 700 miles on my ss n/a and i have a severe mod bug, so around how many miles would be best for me to start modding? Mind you i probably will only put on an intake, and prob gmpp exhaust. Then when i have about 2k miles go for the ecu tune. How long has everyone waited to mod their car, i did the standard 500 mile break in of mixed driving, no hard stops and no full throttle launches.

Really any bolton mods like intake , exhaust, etc can be done anytime, all it does is help the engine breath better, the tune is prolly the same, all its doing is makeing the engine more efficeint.

thats what i figured, so that the ecm can adjust right away to the mods, instead of adjusting to my driving habits and then having to adjust again for the increase air coming in. I will be ordering my injen intake today.

Turbotech racing informs me that pacesetter is working on a header for the 2.4 ecotec, should i wait or just get the gmpp header.

The day after i got my car I had springs and an exhaust ordered. But I would recommend at least the 500 mile break in. Although i didnt and i no whave 4000 miles and no problems what so ever. (knocks on wood)
