3rd and 4th gear pull hard as **** now..

first time i went on the highway after installing was today and i was just accelerating normally and it felt so much smoother/faster.. so i figured wtf, i mashed the gas and i felt a HUGE difference, i am so happy i bought this piece, other than the paint peeling right away, i cant wait till i get my catback/tune

 

yea, it's the only mod i did where i actually noticed a big difference. first time i hit the gas i had a huge smile, none of the other mods did that.

 

the zzp combo + a cobra H/E took me from 103mph to 106.

thats pretty damn good IMO.
im very happy with mine.

yeah i had a ca header/dp before this and i hardly felt anything, plus it was leaky, no leaks here

i think im going to buy the megan, i like how the tsudo sounds though

 

tsudo sounds good but i've heard it starts rustin pretty quickly and rubs the bumper. but it is one of the best soundin imo.

 

there is an ion on youtube with the zzp combo and the tsudo catback and it is the best sound i have ever herd come out of a 2.4..

 

so far i've only heard em on the ss/sc and 2.2's but they sound great on both. im not sure what header d/p they was runnin with it though.

i thought u were going with the Corsa..if you still want a vid i can get one...of the exhaust with a dc sports cat back....i have had 4 CELS since install of the combo..jus found out the other day the o2 sensor (rear) was touchin heat shield...cat melted 2 wires and caused ground out..replaced fuse today and repaired wires an installed new brakes yesterday..hopefully they go away..but it pulls good an runs great so far...props to zzp for the midlength header/dp combo

no the clip was of a tsudo catback, i was curious if the dc sports sounds like it, they look similar

 

how are your headers lookin? is all the paint off yet? i know someone was going to paint 1200 high heat on it...

im just waiting to find a oven that my header will fit in so i can bake it for a couple hours... should help the paint adhere to the header and get some more life out of it

 

when i had my tune with zzp combo cai and cat back its pull so hard at higher rpms i love it

 

when i get my header and dp on, im gonna just use the stock catback for now, anyone else doing this?
