anyone notice that in the pics from the link that there were no brake calipers on the car? Definatly a little ways from the production model I think. My guess is that a few things will change before it makes it into production (hopefully the headlights)

I do too!
If it can perform like the SS/TC or better then yes FTMFW!!!!
Yeah, it's supposed to be a real step up from the Cobalt in terms of quality, styling, and fit & finish. Something GM needs in this segment.
I don't like the name either, but I didn't like Cobalt either when I first heard of the car. Still got one.
Once the Cruze Coupe comes out. & like I said if it has the same performance to offer like the SS/TC does or more, it'll be even better...

Will be a great car for the general public. Not for car nuts as it seems. Getting up over 40mpg will make toyota start to worry. Well they already are because of the volt! hell yeah. **** toyota

Don't forget this is just the Cruze sedan guys....
You can compare this to looking at the Cobalt sedan before knowing that GM came out with the Cobalt 2dr SS/SC...
I'm sure in about 1-2yrs after the Cruze launches (probably even sooner) we'll see a Cruze 2dr coupe come out, and hopefully we can see a LNF powered one in a year after.
Just gotta give it time guys!
