Cruze Z-Spec == SS???
They were showing this off at SEMA and minus a drivetrain upgrade, it reads like the treatment done to the Cobalt SS...
SEMA 2010: Chevrolet shows off Z-Spec treatment for Volt, Cruze, Spark — Autoblog |
volt looks way to much like a civic and i like the cruze alot..just needs dual exhaust
first kia copied the civic, and now the volt. in terms of looks they are identical. ive seen kia fortes rolling around and out of the corner of my eye thought it was a civic.
Looks decent. Minus the retarded ass decals on it
And yea, not a fan of the fat Civic front end |
I'd rock the cruze...
Its still hideous, but I like the wheels
holy poop balls would those volt rims look good on a cobalt ss
Cruze looks SOOO nice.
The Cruze version is fine.. But that Volt version actually looks pretty dope..
The Cruze does look nice, surprisingly enough. Coupe.... PLEASE?! How on Earth have we not even seen a rendering of a coupe.

Any info on if there's a performance increase
So it looks like it's just a mild performance upgrade to the 1.4L turbo:
Chevrolet Cruze Z-Spec Concept Not quite on par with the Cobalt SS. |
I'd rock the Cruze Z-Spec. My gf's neon is so much easier to tote people/pets/things around in than my car. I still don't care for the Neon but quiet/roomy > my car lmao

AutoBlog is tarded. They called the Cruze the Volt. Didn't anyone else notice that?

If the Cruze Z-spec hits the market dressed like it was at SEMA it may just be my next vehicle.

not sure if those are the 4 piston ones but yes those are brembos
yea im not sure.. they are definitly brembo's but they dont say which ones.. no numbers at all have come out. all i know is that its a 1.4 turbo with a borla exhaust (im assuming catback), k and n cold air intake, bbs 19"wheels, recaro seats, pedders suspension, and the normal dress up (body kit, special paint ect)... if only there was a coupe
I like it for what it is. This car is meant for a diff market then the coblat SS etc.. I forget the name of it but there is a market (I think the honda fit is in the market I'm thinking of) Might be termed micro tuners but I could be wrong. This wouldn't be a bad commuter at all. Has fun sporty elements while retaining comfort and efficiency. I'd buy one
How does it perform though compared to the Cobalt SS/TC? Other than that, it looks nice. Not sure about the front of the vehicle, but everything else :twothumbs
After reading more on it, I just don't see it being more than 200 hp at 1.4L
Am I wrong, can this be more? Don't get me wrong I love the look, it makes me sad that they won't LNF it you know http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog....uze-z-spec.jpg Did anyone notice that this car has "LT" on the back? |
