Congrats. I test drove a Cruze at the car show and loved it. It was 1.4 2 LT. With leather.
A very nice car. Huge upgrade over the Balt.

I didn't know adding rims and lowering a car was considered rice. I could understand if he added a silly ass wing, chrome rims, sound system, etc., but this Cruze looks tastefully modded as of right now.
Keep it coming, OP. Let's see it dropped!
Also, I prefer the Cobalt SS over the Cruze, but I'll admit that the Cruze is a pretty nice looking car. It's too bad GM isn't making an SS version of it.

Every once in a while the cruze forum has threads with articles popping up that yes there is indeed an SS version coming, but it usually comes out to be false, just like on css.net. I guess time will tell if and when an SS will come.

love that color and the rims d00d! I'm still on the fence about the RS kit though. I test drove a 2LT auto, and an Eco with the manual trans. Both feel way smoother than either of my crapbalts.

I may need to get a cruze in the future since I need a more economical and reliable vehicle, something that doesnt scream "boy racer." It will definitely be culture shock coming from a 300+whp cobalt.

I can tell you from experience. I came from a 301whp SS to a 138hp Cruze ECO. While it was a shock at first, it isn't so bad. There are days that I miss the Cobalt, but the Cruze outweighs the upsides of the Cobalt, at least for me. In my opinion the ride quality is much better, gas advantage is great, and it just seems like a more solidly built car in terms of interior and lack of rattles (currently 5k plus on the odo.)

I highly doubt that lip will work on the RS package.

I like my tinted tails, and Im gonna do the "evo mod" to my front rs "lip." They said my lights will ship out today or tomorrow so if that is the case I'll be happy. Either way, they are identical to Audi headlights which is what I want! retro's are nice, but I hate those tiny LED "audi headlights"

When you install your springs MAKE SURE YOU GET NEW BOLTS.

All the suspension bolts on the Cruze are torque-to-yield. You cant reuse them. Call up up Tom at CED now and order the bolts you need now.
