In one of those pics my car is in there!!!!
GM will be investing $500 million dollars in small car development and production with $350 million of those monies being spent at the Lordstown Assembly plant. Wagoner stated production will begin in April 2010, with Cobalt/G5 production either ending then, or concurrent production continuing, dependant upon demand.

The Governor did make an offer in his speech to double the benefits from the state if they could get another vehicle commitment today. Thought they were angling for a Volt commitment.

Still looks like something my grandma would drive. I,m not interested in it at all.
If they want to keep making cobalt's either ss/tc or even go back to ss/sc I will continue to buy and support them. Other then that goodbye chevy.

Anyone know for sure what they are doing for power in these things? I heard there's a possibility of a 2.2 turbocharged for the SS? Can anyone confirm this? When I first saw it, I wasn't to fond of it, but I think it's growing on me a bit.
