saw this today
A cruze with stripes.
It had foglights, and the brackets holding the foglights were orange as well..
a euro SS model maybe? don't know
just thought I'd share, I don't know if it's aftermarket or from the dealer.

It has a rear evo mod?? also had the front, but with orange.
Didn't appear to have any other mods besides the visual.

It's not the RS package. The RS has different bumpers. That's the stock rear bumper just painted in the middle. More than likely someone was just trying to copy the z-spec concept.
