no sir, just the slotted. I heard too many tall tales about having rotors drilled, even though the vettes seem to come with them stock. Slotted rotors work just fine. They look aftermarket and they perform pretty well too.

Now that I see them on the vehicle, are the R1s the same size as the stockers when comparing front to front and rear to rear? For some reason the front rotors look smaller but it might just be the pictures (or all the drugs I've taken to get rid of this head cold).

Cool thanks, I should lay off the meds!

Friend of mine is ordering them in the near future for his TC and installing them in my garage so I can take a look at 'em up close and installed. Once my stock rears are completely shot I'm 99% switching to these as well. I'm not going through this BS with my rear brakes anymore and everyone who I know who has run your rotors (on the SC or TC) have nothing but positive things to say .

Further to above, in case you're curious on part numbers (both of which R1 stocks):

HB548F.590 - Hawk HPS Front
HB478F.605 - Hawk HPS Rear

Are these better than stock? Just curious since my stock front brakes are starting to squeal like a ***** with 4 dicks in the same hole at once.. only 11k miles too.. not even.. it's going in next tuesday to get checked out meh :/ I don't use my brakes all that much either.. wtf?

Wow.. those drilled and slotted look pretty sweet on there.. If the grp buy is still going on.. Pm me.. I may be interested in the next 2-4 weeks for a full set. Btw.. can somebody enlighten me on "burnishing" the rear pads? Lol.. I'm not a brake specialist in any way, shape, or form :P

dimpled gives the rotor a drilled look but without actually drilling through the rotor. Most people believe that drilling a rotor weakens the strength of the metal its made with causing them to crack. You can google cracked drilled rotors and see some pics of what im talking about.

I said screw it im not messing with it and got slotted rotors.

R1concepts, you should edit this thread and put the pics of customer installed R1concept rotors on the first page.
