block off plate question?

i just installed my hks ssqv and i installed my block off plate and left the spring and rubber diaphram in there was this wrong ? i took it for a drive and it sounds a little off? like 2 blow offs i think its opening a little too late maybe i hooked it up wrong all i did was undo the vaccume line from the stock bypass valve install the spring and block off plate then hook the vaccume line to the hks

The diaphragm is supposed to be left in there, the spring doesn't really need to be in there but it doesn't hurt. The hks basically has two valves inside, one opens at low boost and kinda flutters while the other opens at higher boost and fully lets off pressure.

However the solenoid that the bov is connected to is somewhat of a restriction, the orifice inside it is much smaller compared to the size of the vacuum line. I have my bov directly connected to the intake manifold, i bypassed the solenoid and blocked off the port near the tmap sensor on the cold side charge pipe that connects to that solenoid.

okay so from what i can see there is only 1 direct spot i can put the vaccume line to the blow off vale that is located just to the right of the solenoid for direct manifiold pressure what do i do about that line it run under the manifold i tried doing a T and the car wont run i also had where the stock bypass valve connects i blocked that off
