Just curious since im going to be cutting that wire and using my LC1's narrowband in place of it.

lol i havent even opened it yet. Generally i get a lil excited and start snipping if i look so best to ask now before i uncover it.

btw nice answer smart ass. :P

im assuming if the wire isnt white, red, or black im good.

ok update....

i see 2 whites which im assuming are heater wires, a black and a grey.

the grey i would assume is the sender but bosch generally resorts to black for senders..... ideas?

how helpful... jeez, cutting black then

nah i already cut it since i was 99.9999% sure.

btw it works!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cut the BLACK wire from the o2 sensor and use the yellow wire from the LC1 in it's place.

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA 14.7 AFR nonstop. GOD I HATE NARROWBAND. Finally the end of fighting with this narrowband crap that has been screwing up my tune!!!!!!!!!

now to see if my wideband is off by waiting for it to explode.

but seriously..... my o2 sensor was going so whack i was getting pissed.

cut entirely... i dont want 2 o2 sensors sending a signal to the pcm. I left the heater wires and the sender ground intact just incase i was wrong.

The object was to use my WB as the narrowband sender.... not the narrowband fighting with my WB.

Ive seen it brought up a zillion times in the forums but i didnt see anyone else do this.

Original sensor is NTK not Bosch

NTK sensor colors are as follows

Black-signal wire
Grey- ground
whites-heater + and - (polarity does not matter)
