hey guys if your having trouble finding ethanol have a look at this... Make Ethanol Fuel for Your Vehicles at Home
and you can cut it with distilled water and have a drink...

No you can't cut it and have a drink in the states legally. The site even states you have to obtain a permit to purchase this in the states, which means the ATF will be stopping in at some point to make sure you're cutting it with at least 2wt% gasoline and maintain good records of production.
