i would love to hit 300hp with this...thats my ultimate goal...i screwed up when i ordered my wastgate and got the wrong spring...so it looks like ill be running about 12 lbs of boost...i remember looking at the sols on 50's and they were running about 250 at 8psi...although its hard to compare them and doesnt really sy much

cobalt...from what i understand a boost controller will only control boost from the springs level and up...not down

yea what im worried about most is the clutch...which i know will go...but im going to baby it for a while to i can pick up a stage 3 or something...im not sure what ill do yet....im not so worried about the tranny itself, its all in how you drive it...as with the auto...you should be fine as long as your running a tranny cooler

oh, I didn't realize that you wanted less boost. I thought you were upset cause you wanted more boost.

will do...i didnt get a chance to take a pic of the ic on the car because it started raining....but i can tell you it looked awesome! i havent gotten to buy anymore parts lately because of that damn downpipe....should be paid off after this weds when i get paid

so far i still need:
BOV
injectors/harness
spark plugs
3 gauge pillar
wideband
MBC
and a damn maf bung

well i went outside and got alot better look and did some test fitting after the rain stopped....the throttle body inlet is 2.75" in diameter...i have a rubber(not silicone) 90 bend thatl fit on it so ill use that....tb/ic side i figured i might be able to do it with 2 90's and a u bend to come off of the ic and around through the plastic gap on the side.....as for comp./ic side i should be able to get by with 2 75's a 90 and maybe a straight....so ill have to take a weekend and cut everything up and make it fit nicely.....and as for taking off the stock intake i did that in about 5 minutes so i dont know why everyone was having problems with that a while back

Update

well today was a nice day and i had some time so i decided to do the ic-tb side piping....i will say this was my first time taking the bumper off and it all went smooth except for the F***ing bolts that connect the bumper to the front quarter panels....

as for piping itself heres what i came up with...

i was able to kind of flex the pipe and silicone to make it meet up...thats why you see some tiny gaps between the couplers and pipe....the two 90 bends are rubber...anyways i think the t-clamps will probably pull everything tight

thanks....it was defintately some work getting that bumper off...but it was my first time so that may have had something to do with it...anyways...im hoping the couplers will allow some slight bending...seeing as standard size pipes wont make it meet up perfectly...the pipes only took about a a half hour to cut
