*edit: you are using the LC-1 wideband controller, correct?

it is the calibration button. it's actually really easy. call them and they will give you simplified instructions.

make sure you get a solid ground. when you ground the wires, put it to the same piece of metal but on separate lugs. one of the analog outputs are 0-5v, this is the one you will use for logging via HPT, or you can use the supplied logworks program. but HPT is better, that way it shows up in your scans. If you are using HPT, the 0-5v analog out goes to input 1 on HPT pro box, and the HPT pro box needs to be grounded as well. Use a wire that goes to the same grounding location as the other wires.

all my grounds are connected together (data logger and ground wire to gauge - i have xd-16), i think with the LC-1, 1 or 2 wires needs to be grounded at a separate spot (blue and yellow IIRC?), it won't hurt it at all if they aren't, but it may slightly affect accuracy.

finally actually hooked up the wires to the data logger yesterday actually, very simply with HP pro unit, now i can finally tune for accuracy. Also, another note, looking to splice in the LC-1 narrow band wire into the stock o2 sensor wire to get an exact reference for the closed loop accuracy, anyone done this yet?

I don't remember. Is it blinking a certain value? I know it goes through a short warm up procedure before outputting accurate data.

so its not hooked up to an o2 sensor? that would be why it rises with no relation to rpm or throttle input.
