Is 05 silver the same as 08 silver

such as an 05 silver ss/sc bumper on an 08 tc are they the same?

no. 05-07 is ultra silver metallic

08+ is silver ice metallic

was that from the dealer? im picking up an 05 bumper this weekend because mine has a crease in it and a bumper alone is 569.. i figured i can use my old lip and sell the one off this bumper and use some of that money to get it painted

im picking one up this weekend to get painted.. so theres no chance they just changed the name of the color its for sure a different silver?

 

That is not entirely true. Maybe I have a freak but my 08 SS/TC Window Sticker says my Paint Color is Ultra Silver Metallic.
