I painted and installed mine this Sat. in time for the Memphis Meet. It looks awesome. Painted them black along with the rear bumper inserts and the front grille bowtie....on a red SS. Now all I need is black projector headlights to finish it off.

look in the Lounge.....pictures for the Memphis Meet. One of the guys was nice enough to take a pic of my red 'balt with the new grille.

As you can see, I masked off the top under-hood part. I didn't really trust my rattle-can skills to make it look good on such a large flat space. Plus I figured it was more likely to get scratched up. And you can't really see it but the bottom grille is there too.
