19" SS S/C wheel?...

what happened to the 19" "RH Evolution" wheel that i saw earlier in the chevy site with the SS S/C?.....it looked so much better than the current production one....

as far as i remember the racing harts were a preproduction idea

it was phased out to what you see now

I wouldn't get the 19's. It'll slow you down more than if it was lighter than a 16" rim. Rotational mass and unsprung weight.

Will 16" rims fit the Cobalt SS or too small?

If 16's fit the Cobalt coupe there shouldn't be any reason it won't fit the SS.

the reason they wouldn't fit is because it uses brake rotors an inch larger, but since the rotors are off of the malibu maxx, and it uses 16" wheels, then 16" wheels should fit as the minimum size

That's usually the case. Usually a better trim will have better brakes/rotors/calipers.

In my car's case, you can fit 15" rims on the base model but minimum 16" on mine.
