X2. These are the pics I was talking about. The housing may have the same physical dimensions, but the lens or the cutoff shield must be different.

Two things...

1. The picture of the S2000 cutoff may be closer to the wall than the one for the TL. I know for sure the S2000 one was taken with the projector out of the car and it looks like the one for the TL is on the car.

2. May people replace the lenses for the projectors to make the cutoff sharper. I'm not sure if the lenses were changed in either one of those pics.

Here's my cutoff....

RX330 projectors and ballasts and 6000K diamond blue bulbs in 2nd gen housings...




I stand corrected I looked in the one thread on HID's on this site and the S2000 ans TL projectors are different but they are made by the same company. They may have different lenses which make the cutoff sharper

IIRC, S2000's have clear lenses... TL's have semi-frosted lenses.
Same cutoff, and housing.

they are different...and i know my pics arent a very good comparison sry...i didnt spend much time looking those up lol....

but i think you are right very similiar but slightly different
