aiming hidwerks (buyhids) retro fits??

hey guys i tried searching for this and came up with a lot of garbage....

so i just got a set of retros from hidwerks.com, also known as buyhids.com, and i can adjust the height just fine with the stock adjusters...

what i need help on is getting the cuttoffs level...as in adjusting them clockwise or counterclockwise...the drivers side insdead of being level with the ground, or paralell, is skewed making a upward incline from left to right if looking at them on a wall.....

do i need to somehow rotate the projector iself? lmk thanks!

you can see how the passenger side is completly level and how the drivers side line is above the passenger over towards the right of the fence....

looks like the projector needs to be adjusted a bit by rotating it.

I recently bought a pair from them to. This is what mkulrey13 told me. "if they need to be adjusted, simply remove the bulb and use needle nose plyers in the bulb dimples on the back of the projector and twist. otherwise stock aduster goes up and down for them."

i made my own set and when i got the projectors mounted i test fitted them in the car without lens on. since i had no lens (even though i had the back bolt tightened down) i was able to rotate the projector by hand turning it from the front. if you have the lens on it's going to be a little tougher for you but you're going to have to rotate it through where the bulb would go and then test fit again to check, you may just have to keep tweaking the rotation and height till everything lines up perfect

stuff happens things shift in shipping. As you can see the other is perfectly level. calm down people

Simply remove the cap, remove the bulb, take plyers and twist. easier then aiming ebay projectors!
