Angel eyes/ Halo's???

I have a light out on my halos does anyone know where to get these is it just any basic
3mm led? And also has anybody made a how to on this yet? Because i am still unsure about it.

he is talking about the halo around the beams, not the LEDs at the top of the projector housing
