Well, I'm gonna use regular paint but eggshell clear coat it with what I used on the evo paint. It's stronger than regular clearcoat. The last touch imma apply I can't say yet. Lol. It's my little secret

well, I might steal that idea.....you live far enough away that you still have your different look

(but of course, upon pic posting you would get credit)

Do you have a link or write up on the right way to remove the mesh grill?
I looked and i see some clips but I wana know for sure to save time.

(I am tinting my rears right now)

You have to remove the clips behind the lower grille with a flathead screwdriver. Then just tape everyjing up the was it looks. That's for the evo paint job.

The top grille I didn't remove. Just taped it

What made you tape the top one off but remove the bottom?

I assume you can just reuse the clips and pop em back ojn?

thanx again!

It makes perfect sense to do this mod, just for pure symmetry. But, IMO the front end looks a little bit too busy now. I know the front plate is required in NY, but that may be what is throwing it off. I would like to see mod without plate, just to see if it looks less "busy".

The smaller model of the new Mercedes bens has the same type look but goes all the way across from one fog to the other. This is how GM shouldve made the bumper.

Na man I don't have any problems with you at all. You're always helpful to people who ask you questions and you're good at taking criticism. What's not to like?
