I want to hear it under load. Not nearly as drastic as I thought it would be. Maybe it'll be different in person. How's the mounting going? You gonna be able to get those steady and mounted high enough?

It's a possibility, depends on weather. You know Pinks will be at Lebanon Fri/Sat, right?

I'm up for meeting up sometime, definately. I'll check w/ Katie about Fri night...

Check out my thread? I got the exhaust finished up!!!

Yea I know, I was thinkin of going out Saturday but I have to be at work by 5pm at the latest. Do u know what time it starts and other details? Friday nights have been i blast lately, hopefully the weather is good like its been the past few weeks...eww just looked at the weather and it says rain and 50's for Friday and Saturday... i hope that changes..but the week after looks really good! I finished the dual side exhaust, im just waiting for some JB weld type stuff to cure(4-6 hours, its been 2 hours) and then i will take some pix and a video. I have some temporary exhaust tips on it now, just a angle tip thats tilted down slightly until i get my rectangle ones... Im soo excited to go drive it... havent driven it all day due to a nail in the tire and I just got that fixed today. Wheres it at, i havent seen anything yet.

O yea here are a couple of pix right after I mached(sp?) it up and before it got welded and ceramic coated. Then my buddy is suppose to wrap it for me.

personally if i did this i would go passenger side for the simple fact that the way you have it now when your on the highway next to a wall all that noise is going to bounce right back off the wall into your car & be annoying.

Not too bad... I don't really hear a difference between that & stock except the appearence. But I would put them up into the side skirt when you have money or whatever. But... dual exhausts FTW!!!

Also, the JB Weld, works like a charm, but I normally let it sit for 24 hours not moving whatever I am JB Welding... I think 6 hours is too little time...

Thanks man, but the 1 spot where i used JB weld sat for almost 36 hours the other spot only sat for like 3 or 4 hours. The crap was rock hard and it just blew apart... errr. Any suggestions? And setting the exhaust in the side skirt would be nasty.. just gotta make it sound good 1st ... and figure out how to seal up the rear bumper.

Looks like it's hangin' well. I'll take a look at the vids a little later.

How's it sound? Also, how's the big empty exhaust cutout in your rear bumper look?

It looks like it hangs really low depending on where ur standing. I took it over speed bumps and crap and it doesnt hit or scrap. Doesnt sound bad, a lil loud, lil rumbly.

As far as the hole in the back... i gotta figure out how to get it filled or find a rear bumper i like off a body kit...

No im not lowered but I am lower then other ss/sc cobalts for some weird reason. Ill measure from the ground to the bottom of the exhaust to see exactly how much clearance I got.

There really isnt enough room to put it thru the side skirt u unless i had a custom skirt made and then I would need more bends in the piping.

Yeah sideskirt is impossible to work through. You're better off riveting a polished SS plate to the skirt and mounting the tips just below it. That's what I was thinking off when I had contemplated running a dual exit before the wheels...

Good idea... i could get a S/S plate for cheap and some stainless rivets too... hmm.. nice idea. We will have to talk about this tonight.. Maybe cut a arch in the side skirt and the S/S plate so the tips would be up closer to the body.... for a tighter fit/ look....
