buuuuuttttt so ever since I can remember... or was payin enough attention to notice my antenna has been up an out of the hole on the trunk.... not the WHOLE thing, but the bas has the rubber part that goes above the trunk, an the part that goes inside the trunk an theres a skinny part that sits on the trunk line


for some reason, mine came up an out.. like I was at the gas station the other day (its never been THIS bad) an it was out an almost hangin I jus pushed it back in, an pulled it thru from the trunk


so I've tried pullin it thru the trunk, but it wont go thru enough because its 2 wide/fat/big

I still got the huuuuge antenna, I first noticed it when I was plannin on orderin a shorty (hehe ) but decided I was gonna try to fix it before I order one but eh.. some **** happens, some **** gets forgotten but my reception is fine as far as I know... xm ftw

Just push harder.. or cut the hole bigger.

 

is there a nut or anything on the underside in the trunk that maybe you can tighten the whole assembly down? i never had a problem with mine so i don't remember what it looks like in the trunk. and for the wire tearing maybe you can strip some of the coating off and sauder the end of the wire to the other piece?

 

Ima see If I can tighten it down tomorrow, these kids are runnin crazy but nuthins apart or split

Once I got it past the seal/groove that the body of the car fits into mine just pulled right out.
