Any one know about these
Not even remotely close . The Astra Headlamp is HUGE compared to ours . The Saturn Astra light looks almost identical , but its not HID and uses a halogen projector and the side circle light next to the projector has a textured reflector with a 3157 bulb , which is ugly imo . So the US lights wont be very good for swapping .
You guys don't understand the kind of labor it takes to make a set like that. I did a set with BMW E55s that i used in the stock housing, and it took me like 45 hours to fab them. I can't imagine how long it takes to make a set that wasn't even in the stock housing....
Although I would love to give it a shot.

Hehe , yeah it was about that . This was my first set , so I was feeling out what kind of materials to use . I made several time consuming mistakes off the bat . Since its not a learning curve anymore , I'm could do it alot faster next time . I building a retro for someone right now based off the stock design with a few minor changes , should only take about 3 weeks tops .
Switt23- The E55's are awesome , how do you like em ? Are you running the gen4 hella ballast's too ?

Silver, I am running a set of slim ALs. My bulbs are 5200k range but seem bluer than they really are. Light output is amazing though!
I would love to make another set, because I think the hard part is done. I have done the research, I know what I am doing, and how to do it now. I have alligned one set already so that's not a problem. The only thing I did wrong the first time is I flipped the High-beams wiring. So the high-beams were on when the switch was not, and when the switch was slipped they were off.
