Are any of these legit?

I was browsing around on Ebay this evening and saw these:

Another

Last one

Didnt think they actually do anything... Be sweet if they did. Thought I would ask, maybe someone with a little more tec knowledge would be able to tell me.

they actually add about 300 hp, and you get about 50mpgs when racing, 100mpgs when coasting. Buy Buy Buy!

Think of it this way, if something so simple added HP and gave you better gas mileage, don't you think these would come on your car stock?

I heard you aren't supposed to install it in FWD vehicles because you could snap the axles from so much torque But yeah you can do wheelies in reverse too.

#1 and #3 - really? Restricting my intake will make more power and increase economy?
Kind of sad that they can't even provide their own dyno results, just one that "their customer" provided. Guess that gets them off the hook as far as fraud...."Oh, I guess our customer lied, not us..."

#2 can actually work but I suspect that this unit is far too small to provide any real gains at higher revs....and it might actually cause a reduction in flow at the top end if it can't keep up.
