So i just picked these headlights up (05-10 Chevy Cobalt Dual Angel Eye Halo & LED Projector Headlights With HID Kit - Black) got them installed yesterday and now im having a little trouble with them. For starters when i turn my brights on and then back off my radar detector freaks out and says im getting lasered this isnt much of a problem since my HIDs are brighter then my brights but just curious why its doing that. Next once i turn my brights off my right HID shuts off and wont turn back on for awhile. And lastly does anyone know how to adjust these both of mine are pointing down and to the right

 

To adjust them there are to little screws one goes L-R other U and D i just adjust mine, i have the same headlights. Just play with the screws sucks to take it in and out but its the only way. I dk why your radar freaks out, do you have them wired together......? IMO you shouldn't have to turn on the headlights, the car should do that for you unless you put your high beams on. My HIDs kick right back over when i turn them off though. HTH

yeah i dont know why my radar freaks out its not wired into anything just plugged into my cigarette lighter and today it didnt do it like when my lights kick on they both kick on right away the only time my right one turns off is when i turn my brights on but thanks for the help man i love the lights they look way better then the stock ones and there way brighter
