5% tint on a black ss/sc?? or any color balt for that matter..im either getting 5% or 20% depending on whether which one i like ..post up ur pix

 

5 is wayyyy too dark do not get it...

 

i have 5 on my back window and 1/4 windows
and 20 on my door windows

 

im getting tint tomorrow! im going with 5% in the back and sides and 20% on the doors most likely.

 

5% all the way around. Dont let anyone tell you its too dark. Trust me its not too dark and its worth the extra money.

I have 15% and have been thinking about redoing it in 5%.... Just isn't dark enough.

exactly, if a cop is near I roll my windows down and pull back the sunroof cover to let more light in

 

pa tint laws kinda suck though: only allowed 70% on any window and none on windshield

 

that may be the case, but all of you will admit you cannot see **** at night... its bound to happen, im not saying it will happen to you, but it does happen

 

JRelly is 5% illegal where you are at?

 

almost all states have pretty strict tint laws, but most cops dont give 2 ***** whether you have tint or not. They have better things to do then worry about tint. Most cops wont say anything unless you are being a jackass and doing somehting else stupid in your car, thats when they start giving out the BS tint tickets

 

5% is too much man, if you get pulled over for speeding or anything they will almost always ticked the 5%, 20 is perfect man. unforunatly i got 35% ( long story)

im def getting 5 im getting it done monday morning .. and the cops in my area shouldnt give me a prob or atleast i hope not

 

i have 22 percent and its perfect, my dark interior helps make the tint "appear" darker

JRelly- your lucky... I wish it was that way here... 50% on the front sides is "leagal" which is not worth the time of having it tinted... you can get by w/35% all day but the 15% is pushing the limit. I wish our troopers had better things to do than ticket for tint bc they obviously dont.

As in whole windshield or just the top?
