I actually considered using a tear drop shaped piece of brushed stainless over each pair of holes, but then I found a wingless trunk.
It's temporary. I get it!

Correction! Vinyl pieces are the quickest and easiest way to cover the holes!
I like that spoiler you designed. It's a good solution for replacing and covering the stock wing holes, but I think you need to make a version without that extension for those of us with hole free trunks.
