Ok so I ordered a set of HID's from directconnectiontuning.com around Christmas and noticed that the wrong kit was checked off on the side of the box, but my invoice said the right thing. So me and a friend try installing them just to see if they were the right ones and sure enough they weren't. I've been calling and emailing the contacts on my invoice receipt since then and have not had anyone contact me. I'm getting really pissed now and just want my money back. I'm thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau so they could check these people out. I only ordered from this place cuz a lot of kids I know went through here with no problems. I was also told they had good customer serviec cuz my one friend had to get a ballast replaced. Has anyone ordered a kit from these idiots and also what would I need to do to have the BBB step in for me?

 

call them and demand your money back or tell them your going to the bbb and have them handle it.

 

Don't worry, I just finished filling out a complaint on the BBB's website. Hopefully I should be hearing from them soon. I'm surprised nobody else has dealt with this company.
