Pretty common in the Audi/VW scene, just wondering if anyone has done it?

The Cobalt has a good roof for it, paint from channel to channel.

i dont think they would look good with that paint scheem...

 

I believe the Scion tC has a black roof as well.

 

You can get an optional Panoramic roof (glass), or atleast you used to be able too.

It might look good if you have a CF trunk & hood.

 

lol like the toyota F Jay Cruiser they all come with the white roof.

 

I'll buy the paint if someone will rattle-can thier roof black. Give it that euro look.

the leader of the car club im in has his roof vinyled black. he has an orange 03 neon. its sick. few air bubbles, but its really hard to vinyl something that large n have it come out perfect.

 

i wouldnt mind going panda style if i was a white or silver balt

actually yep it came out pretty well imo and all my friends and g/f love it i have some pictures the flash kind of throws it off so they're not the greatest but all I got

I believe the OP, is refering to the outside of the roof, not the headliner

i was seriously gonna do it when i had my black sedan, i was gonna paint the car pearl white and leave the roof black....too bad didnt happen. i think it will look nice

 

i know we're talking about the outside but i was wondering about the inside iw as thinking of painting it dark too cause seriously who the hell puts in an interior like we get in ss/sc's and puts in a freaken beige headliner..seriously?!

 

I had a Phantom Top on my Cavalier...looked sweet, got compliments all the time on it. It was painted Audi S4 Green and then the black phantom top.
