Angry Avalanche...

Huge pile of snow fell from the roof of my work onto the hood of my car- ******* it for good. I'm pissed because i took such good care of this hood and it was pristine. Not sure if I'm going to try and have it repaired or just get a new one...

I called the insurance company and they said it's a repair policy not a replacement policy. They would write the check to the repair shop repairing it and i would still have to pay a $250 deductible for it.

if I'm paying that kind of money i might as well kick in some more and get a new one. should i get OEM style or something different?

Here in Bolivia, repairing stuff like that is what most mechanics do best and they do not charge much. I'm thinking for your hood, around Bs. 300-50, which is less the $us 50. You should come to Cochabamba, Bolivia
