Backed into a land rover

Backed into a land rover
so i backed out of my garage and hit my uncles land rover the land rover is good but the balt has a small dent on the passenger side of the rear bumper right below the tailight where the bumper curves out.
how can i fix this??

I've used pops-a-dent on my rear bumper and it worked well. It comes with a glue gun that you have to apply to these different round pieces. You then stick it to the dent and let dry for 10 minutes. Once dried you then use a device like the ding king

Well then you really don't care for your car then. The glue Gun wont pealoff the paint. Unless there's paint chips caused by the dent.
Heat up the area with a heat gun. Get a wet towel. Then re shape the plastic in that area. Thats how we do it at work. Get it 95 % of the way out then bondo / prime / paint to fix the rest. But you can get it 95% out with a heat gun and a little pressure.
I had a dent in my passenger door, a dent in my driver's side rear quarter panel, and the driver's door was dented in.
My dealership fixed it all for $85 flat.
Call them and take it in.
You never know.
Before that, I got quoted and it was $500, at a body shop in my town.
