Best way to WAX without the hard way!

hey everyone!

So.........I want to keep my car wax YES for the fact that it make my black cobalt ss turbo look killer

BUT

it also protects against scratches which is huge for me.....

PROBLEM.......I really dont have the time nor the patience to devout 3-5 hours every two month to waxing so what i wann know is..........

What is the Best Wax(maybe spray on) that I could buy that will give me the clear coat protection AND make the BLACK car SHINE!

Thanks..........and remember, HYDRO LOVES YA!!

wizard spray wax, spray it on and wipe it off and it will look as if it is just waxed its what shops use. it will be a pink or orange bottle.

i use turbowax, it takes about 2 hours to do the full car, but it goes on easy and comes off easy. spray on wax makes it look good but doesnt protect like a good polymer wax

These. I've got a black 07 SS/SC and I wash my car at least once a week. Then I clay bar and wax (with a buffer and some 1 one shot) every few months. My paint looks wet

Spray waxes are only good for in between real waxings

turbowax also makes a palm buffer, takes like 10 minutes to apply and then its ready to wipe off by the time your done or you can leave it on. Then it takes like 10 minutes to wipe off depending on how fast you are.

there is no way around it, there is no quick wax(spray wax) that will do as good as a job as normal paste wax. i know i get paid alot of money to clean cars every day lol

I wax mine with a buffer, i wash it wax it and polish it normally takes me 2-3 hours max, 5 hours if i do it by hand, there is no really good way to wax a car without spending time on it, it all pays off though.

RPD waxes your car for you

I spent 8 hours before the Crate Engine Depot meet washing, clay barring and waxing my car. Sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet to make the car look nice.

I personally use Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0. It goes on super easy, and once you're done, it makes the car soft to the touch, like literally feels like rubbing your hand against felt..

2010 cobalt ls ecm problem

I have a 2010 cobalt ls the motor went bad so I put a 2007 2.2l in it and didn’t realize 2010 had vvt and the motor I put in doesn’t. It will start then shut right off because of the vvt not being there how do I fix this.

Welcome to css.

I would suggest you make a thread in the new members or problems and maintenance sub-forum. I would surmise the fix is a 2010 engine.
