Bird shat!~?

I have a black cobalt, and yesterday while i was having a nap in the afternoon, a bird **** on the passenger side of my car right above the window (not roof, just the top of the door and passenger window), so as soon as i got out (about 2 hours id say after the **** hit!) I got a soft cloth/wet towel and got off the clump of crap..

But, on the black paint, you can still see where the **** hit, and i tried scrubbing it with a micro fiber cloth and some of this quick cleaner car stuff, and it wont come off...

Any suggestions!? Im taking it to the carwash to powerwash that ****, but i dont think it will work

My black Cobalt gets **** on daily, however it comes right off with the hose no stains or anything.

Maybe the birds in your area eat more acidic berries.

If a good carwash doesn't remove it I'd say you're screwed.

Bug and Tar remover will get rid of that. If not you can always go to the old reliable Claybar!

Use a little rubbing compound then wax the whole car. Wax will help save your paint in many situations use a quality one though

I've never had that problem.... that's really weird. Sorry! The bird probably ate something weird (lol) ...

Isn't it annoying when you just wash your car and a bird just happens to **** on it right afterwards?!?! I hate that!

I always remove bird **** ASAP b/c it can damage the paint if left on there for a while. I'd say a good thorough wash and wax should take care of it.
