Painted the front bowtie black and removed the rear one. Pics below.

Looks good, I just got done painting mine red and painting some eyelids on lights.

 

I was wanting to paint my rear bowties black...whats a good way to get it off?

 

That COBALT third brake light is tight. How'd you do that? My jaw dropped at seeing that. Very cool.

(The bowtie looks great too, though I actually liked the rear one so I'm iffy on saying it looks good without it)

 

Dental floss or fishing line, youre gonna have to get some double sided tape to put it back on as well.

Its actually just a lil piece of vinyl, check ebay, theyre super cheap $

no offense but im not a fan, i think its gold for a reason. cuz it looks good gold.
