BPS OEM Adapter
I guess BPS isn't a supporting vendor anymore so I suppose this is as good a place as any to post a review.
Bought a 400 series knob and OEM adapter since I'm not ready for that short throw yet
Came very securely packaged. Knob was wrapped in about 3 ft of packing paper. Adapter and all the important bits that go with it were in a little zip-lock.
First thoughts on the knob. Its quite weighted, finish on the brushed aluminum parts is great, and the delrin is very smooth and looks like it'll last a long time.
OEM adapter is all aluminum, and splined for a tight fit on the shifter.

Pros:
Good quality shift knob.
Better than hacking/drilling/jimmy rigging an aftermarket knob
Installation is fairly simple.
Healthy weight for better feel of shifts.
Cons:
No instructions
Takes a bit of trial and error to get the knob set correctly so the pattern lines up.
With the 400 series knob it makes your throw a little longer if you keep the reverse lock out. The knob cant screw down all the way or the lock out wont be able to lift high enough to engage reverse.
